•  How long from Gatwick Airport? – approx 25mins by car

•  How long from Heathrow Airport? – approx I hour by car

•  How long from Stansted airport?- approx 1 hour by car

•  Can I walk from the station? Yes its about 10 mins (or 3 in a taxi! ) 

•  Do you take children? Yes if they are over 5

•  Do I need to book? We would advise you pre book to ensure you get the room you would like for the dates you require.

•  Do I need to pay a deposit? If you are a UK resident and booking weeks ahead we would ask for 30% of the total booking value at the time of booking.

•  If you are an overseas visitor we do not ask for a deposit, instead we ask for your flight number and ETA. We request you reconfirm one week prior to departure from your home country.

•  Do you accept credit debit cards? Sorry we do not, but Sterling, Euro’s, and cheques with bankers card are accepted.

•  What time can I check in? After 16.30 or by prior arrangement.

•  My flight arrives in the morning can I check in then? Yes by prior arrangement.

•  Can you arrange restaurants and taxis for me? Yes of course.

•  Do you serve evening meals? No, we are surrounded by wonderful pubs and restaurants that will be delighted to serve you. There are approx 12 within 10minutes walk.
